At Cycle Limited, we want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy on all certified pre-owned and new bicycles. If your gear doesn't meet your performance expectations, we are committed to making it right through a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team or log into your account portal within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully disassemble your bike if necessary and place it back into the original Cycle Limited shipping crate with all included accessories and manuals.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and drop your package off at any authorized specialized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our expert technicians verify the condition of the return at our facility, we will process your full refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
